Describe the bug
Plugin welcome, antifake, filter (mention on subgroup) etc no Work on Comunity Groups

To Reproduce
Create Comunity, activate welcome and antifake.
Users who join from the community will not be accepted, nor will it be welcomed.

Expected behavior
