Naming conventions should be consistent across both SDKs

In a few cases the keys or names are slightly different between iOS and Android SDKs. Keeping them consistent is important as a means to simplify installation, support, documentation, etc. Once we get the initial bugs and edge cases cleaned up we need to perform an audit and make sure everything is consistent as we move to early adopter implementations.
This ticket is in place to first perform that audit. Follow-up tickets should be a result of that audit/formal definition.
@markhayden and @RaeEversmann to review this one and ensure the pieces were integrated into other issues.
we belive most of these have been fixed. closing this ticket for now, and we'll re-open specific renaming requests based on testing and documentation.
