As a JIRA user
I want scripts to work for any JIRA cloud instance
So that I don't have to be using Navitas JIRA to benefit from these scripts
Acceptance Criteria
Nominal
Given a non-Navitas JIRA cloud user
When I use JIRA
Then I want these scripts to be available
