Recreating tray icon on Explorer restart

You will need to relaunch the program if explorer.exe crashes.
If by that you mean a disappearing tray icon, you need to handle WM_TASKBARCREATED.
P. S. I don't use the app, just passing by.

The app will still run if explorer crashes, but all of the virtual desktop things need to be re-initialized.
