Option to uncouple multiple display virtual desktops (feature request)

Both the stock implementation and your app change both of my monitors virtual desktops together. I'm looking for a way to switch one monitor's desktop and not the other.
What I have been looking for since windows 10 came out was a way to switch desktops on 1 monitor but not the other. Typically I leave a set of applications up on my 2nd monitor and switch desktops on my primary monitor. Unfortunately I loose all my 2nd monitor applications in the switch and end up with an empty 2nd monitor.
There is a standard Windows feature for making an application stick to one monitor no matter which desktop you are on.
First click [Win] + [Tab], then right click on the app you want everywhere and choose Show this window on all desktops.
