Add dired support for the annals-active-directory and annals-archive-directory

New minor mode: annals-dired-mode and annals-dired-archive-mode
Using dired-mode-hook check for either the active or archive directory.
When in the active directory add keymap:
| a- annals-dired-task passing the current dired line as the task-id| z- annals-dired-archive| i- annals-dired-info
When in the archive directory add
| zannals-dired-unarchive
