Why there is no cert-hsm-ca.pem？

in pdf-verify.py：

demo hsm ca chain

    open('cert-hsm-ca.pem', 'rt').read(),

however， there is no such file in the folder /example.

Key and certificate is in HSM, just run cert-make-hsm.py
