Clicking on an article link in the Home page navigate to the bottom of the article page not the top.

• Bug description:
  When clicking the article link from the main page. The link will direct us to another page.
  ( As if it is jumped to specific DOM element) In our case ( At the bottom of the page )

• What we expected:
  we expected that the viewport is the top of the page.

• The Desired Result:
  Clicking on the article link should jump to the first section on the page.

• Experience the issue:
  Navigate to the Home page then click on one of the article in this page Article
