No Audio in Some games and No controler in Non Steam games.

So I have the isue that my friend wont get sound in certain games or only for a couple of seconds. For example Middle earth Shadow of war has this issue. Also non steam games like Watchdogs Legions no audio as well.
In addition Non steam games (Uplay games) will not detect the controller of my friends.
