Condense graded-next cmds

When doing the Python graded SA, I noticed that after the qSet of 15 questions was created, the "Next Question" button was set to trigger the agile-next command instead of the python-next command, but it worked anyway.

After the qSet is made, the rest of the code is exactly the same. I can remove all other commands and condense them down to one.
