Time calc by char count

Currently, the spaced rep algorithm uses static times in seconds to determine relative difficulty for each question.

Since some questions have more text than others, the amount of time reading differs, so the time calculation for 1-5 should be dynamic based on character count (more time for longer questions, less for shorter).
