WX220 operate camera with usb plugged in power

Is there a tweak possible so that the camera (WX220, WX80 etc) could be operated with just the usb as power source (or, a weak battery present but always charging via attached usb), like we do in cellphones? Thank you very much. BTW, I've successfully performed the long video tweak plus more via the newest gui tool on windows and I want to thank for that too. Amazing! Much appreciated!
