Cannot remove libsub

After successfully changing the language on my Sony camera, I’ve attempted to remove the LibUSB drivers from my camera through the device manager. However, even after uninstalling the LibUSB driver always comes back.

Would reinstalling WinUSB fix this issue? However, would doing so remove the language options for my camera?

Any tips would be welcomed.
