Cant enable for SOME pages, no errors.

Hello,
I can enable easily for index.php, but when I try to enable for cronjob.php or cronrun.php the plugin won't turn on. I click it and nothing happens.
I was able to get around this by loading index.php, enabling the debug, then copy the index.php tab and change the URL to the cronjob. Unfortunately, it appears that is no longer working :(

The comments on the plugin page indicate others are also having the issues.

Works without issue on Firefox, Chrome is the only issue.
