There's lots of cruft in index.html

Let's try to strip out all the unnecessary:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Javascript

Sorry, I've never used github before so I don't know exactly how to update the files, but I've stripped most of the useless crap from the index page. Thanks for uploading this by the way. Although an audio on/off button would be nice :)

is there a way to update the file in your fork? Or does this site work like I have to fork my own 'copy' of the project and update that?
