Problem [optional]: We have an article for Moses (https://machinetranslate.org/moses), but Moses isn't some cloud system, it's an open-source lib/framework that someone, either the user or a vendor, could train and serve, similar to OpenNMT, MarianNMT...

Request: I think this goes in the same place as "Self-service", it's a third option. eg "Open-source"

Additional context: Moses is actually missing in https://machinetranslate.org/libraries-frameworks. We could ask the TMSes what they actually mean with a Moses integration. Are there any other libs or frameworks that they integrate like that?
