Bug: Social icons at not displayed

Description: The social icons at every page's footer is not visible, they are just displayed as ...
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to any page from machinetranslate.org
- Scroll down to the end of the page
- See error
Expected behavior: Social icons should appear. Else it is not clear what the ellipses stand for.

I was just looking into this, and I couldn't reproduce the issue since the icons are showing up on my end.
I have attached a screenshot.
Can you please let me know if you are still encountering the issue with the icons not being displayed? Thanks!

Can you see the icons if you go to machinetranslate.org?
If I scroll to the bottom of the landing page, I can't see the icons:
