Bug: Add MiNT Machine Translation, Wikimedia Cloud's machine translation API

This question in the community asked about Latgalian (ltg) which is currently not covered.

The answer points out that it is supported by NLLB, and NLLB is served up by MiNT.

And MiNT actually has an API.

There is probably no integration in any TMS or CAT, but it is notable for amazing language coverage, by combining multiple models:

• NLLB
• OpusMT
• SoftCatala
• IndicTrans2

Should we cover it? Or should we just add coverage of the models, as suggested in #566?
