Hot Thermal Pressure doesn't match powermetrics -s thermal

My 13" MacBook Air M2 is currently exporting a 4K video. The thermal pressure reported by sudo powermetrics -s thermal
is "Heavy", but "Hot" is reporting Nominal.
Even under extreme CPU loads, I can't seem to get Hot to report anything other than Nominal.
Ventura 13.5, MacBook Air 13" M2, 2022, 24 GB of RAM, 10 GPU cores.
Thanks for your hard work on this application! Even with this issue, it is already extremely helpful.

I have found that the thermal pressure only updates on the initial start of the app

@qhenkart Good observation. Mine is behaving the same way. I am not running macOS 13.5.2.

I'm still seeing this issue on Sonoma 14.1.
