Clean up how gutters work/integrate spacing framework

I would love to implement a better spacing framework here. It would make things easier for us, and everything would look cleaner. We already have a good start with defining the universal gutter sizes per-project and using them with margins/padding, but we can take it further by using these sizes for line heights, and spacing on form elements, buttons and so on. This is also something we should work on getting the design team on board with.
