Page disabled when alert preferences is opened and user clicks back

Steps to reproduce
- start on Home tab
- to go Watch Tab
- open preferences
- click page back button or use any means of going back a page
- page is now disabled and no way to interact with the page without refreshing

new timer popup seems to be ok as the new timer popup window is still open
