Tempo adjustment should not change pitch

Add a slider that controls the pitch (using FFT).
Add the possibility to lock the slider to the tempo adjustment slider (#33) so that the song tempo can be adjusted while keeping the same pitch.

The tempo and pitch adjustment are not needed separately, but rather in a single combined control that changes tempo, but not the pitch.
