Don't see any new commands in Solution Explorer menu.

Steps to recreate
- Just installed package using Visual Studio NuGet Package Manager
- Tried selecting files in Solution Explorer
- Right click menu shows no new commands as shown at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=MadsKristensen.BundlerMinifier
Current behavior
No minification or bundling commands means I can't minify or bundle.
Expected behavior
Expected new menu commands as shown in documentation.
