Disable default route on instrument-10g for RTC and ICC (once other connection is back)

Normally the instrument connection is configured with the Never use for default route checkbox checked on instrument LAN connections. Since AOC is acting as a router while MagAO-X is in the cleanroom, and routes were periodically getting dropped, this setting was changed. We should change it back to avoid confusing ourselves later.
