[Enhancement] Enable/Disable lootboxes

Hi,

The title says it all : I would love to be able to disable lootboxes. They're awesome, but I need to disable them for a minigame.

It already allows you to either fully disable or to disable in special worldguard regions or worlds

Oh, thanks, I thought it would disable the drops instead : my bad.
