Layout with new gc.com topbar is goofy

Can't see all the options in the dropdown either:
I can't replicate that. Seems to work fine for me, tried Chrome and Firefox.
Sometimes websites pushes changes to some users only, I don't know if Geocaching dot com does that though.
The ugly uppercase labels are visible only on the main page (https://www.geocaching.com/play/search), which brings some ugly styles force this look.
Might be issue that @Technical-13 is not a PM. That adds the big "upgrade" button, which do not fit onto the page for more narrow screens.
The main page has also "responsive" style, that allows to squash the content to smaller screens, but does not count with the PGC menu items, which is the issue.
I'm on the beta channel for Firefox
