Multi-Language processing

Pull out all unique languages.

I. E, for DVDs with English, Italian, and Spanish, of which English has 5.1 and stereo, Italian has 5.1, and Spanish has stereo, ffproc would produce a file with:

English: 5.1 copy and stereo
Italian: 5.1 copy & stereo (downconvert)
Spanish: stereo transcode.

This should be pretty configurable, as it could quickly explode into more tracks then you'd probably want.
