Change wording on the create game screen

It's surprising (to me) that when I enter this:

I end up with this:

Proposal: move to consistent language throughout the app

• Remove all references to wager
• Talk about "game buy-in" and "round buy-in"
• On the create game modal make it clear that you're setting the "round buy-in" and that the "game buy-in" will be 5x this
• Even better: dynamically display the round buy in for your game buy-in on that screen
