Use of manual list and subpages checkbox runs query on title in manual list only, not title and subpages

For a Wikisource derived scan, I have a work with subpages, and rather than have to generate a query that generates a complete page list and from that list run queries, I wish to be able to identify the work and include its subpages in the query process.

I have the work "Thom's Irish Who's Who" as the work in the manual list and below include the subpages, however, the conditions selected elsewhere only are applied to the single work item in the manual list. It seems that query is run first, then the subpages included as the output rather than taking the subpages is input for the query.

Changing the point where subpages are added would change existing behaviour. I will leave this as "enhancement" to add an option for the new behaviour.
