Getting "other instances running" message when trying to authorize

You must have another program on your system that already uses that port, need to find it and close it.

Hello, thank you.

It seems it is checking against it self (Not any other programs in my system using the same port) . The port starts being used when I click Authorize and then slows for a bit and then I get the message.

I actually get the same problem now but it's a little different- Clicking "Authorize" the first time does nothing, so you click a 2nd time and get the error. Actual issue is that the server starts but the window to authorise never opens anymore.
