Fnr that are invalid evaluated som valid

I found that 80205870001and 80311850001 are evaluated as valid.
When checking a file with valid and madeup fnrs they emerged.
The numbers are used to give foreign workers a temporary entry.

Gave this some "kjærleik" tonight, and released version 1.5, that should fix this. Let me know.
