$ sudo ntfs2btrfs /dev/sdc2
Using Zstd compression.
Using CRC32C for checksums.
Cannot convert volume with dirty bit set.
$
Meanwhile, seems like dirty bit is not set:
$ sudo mount /dev/sdc2 /windata_1/
$ echo "test" > /windata_1/test
$ cat /windata_1/test
test
$ rm /windata_1/test
(Linux mounts NTFS partition read-only if dirty bit is actually set)
I already done both ntfsfix
and ntfsrecover
but problem is not solved

Dirty bit is set:
$ sudo ntfsinfo -fm /dev/sdc2
WARNING: Dirty volume mount was forced by the 'force' mount option.
