Remove "Submit a Resource" CTA

Given the proliferation of resource hubs compiled by numerous community organizations in Columbus, the Can't Stop Columbus website will list only CSC projects.
That being the case, the "Submit a Resource" CTA on https://cantstopcolumbus.com/find-help.html is superfluous and should be removed.
