Slash command that returns with the embed snippet for a given time.

Example usage
User: /timestamp when: tomorrow at 8pm | timezone: Berlin
Returns: Here is the timestamp for tomorrow at 8pm. Full date: "<t:1234567890>", relative: "<t:1234567890:R>".

Allow users to store their timezone for better efficiency:
User: /timezone Berlin
