Describe the bug
The channel picker shows empty categories (such as voice channels).
Steps to reproduce
For any guild that has a category that is either empty or does not contain any normal text channel, it will show up as empty in the channel picker.
Expected behaviour
The empty categories should not be part of the channel picker as they do not serve any purpose.
