Implement viewing of current staff accounts

We need to populate the tableview on the staff accounts management screen with a list of all the current employee accounts.

This task should be very easy once the employee class is fully implemented and mapped to the database; it cannot be done until then.

Get with me before you begin work, in case anything changes, and to get additional help.
