Merge Workflow into Process

The Workflow descriptions are actually part of the process and in fact partly overlap with the content that describes the process. We should merge those into the Process document as it's also a bit unclear currently what the difference is anyway. In the general workflow document, there is a bit of overlap with the process document which needs to be cleaned up.
