Write additional book content

We need additional content for the book that we do not currently have:

• intro to the book: what is this about, who is it for, what's the benefit; this is going to be updated, chapters on other topics added in the future etc.
• about simplabs: we should have a brief text about us at the end of the book, explaining what we do etc.
• closing notes maybe
