Admins editing advisors/mentors are shown all lab member as options

When admins are editing the page for other lab members and are attempting to set an advisor / co-advisor / grad mentor, all lab members are available as options from the drop-down and search. For example, in the screenshot below, I see undergrads as options when trying to set an Advisor.

There is validation, so if I try to set someone to a role that they should be in, I get an error upon saving. But it shouldn't let me get that far!

OH! And when you click on the drop-down, it would be great if the cursor automatically focused on the search box so you could just start typing. As of now, you have to click on the drop down then in the search box to start searching for someone.
