Improve gdpr support

We should look over and make sure we support gdpr properly. We need some feature to be able to anonymize old data since that is probably easier to implement than a true delete.
- Figure out which data needs to be anonymized or removed. Can we for instance keep the email history if we deleted the email address and member information?
- Implement anonymization of the data from above
- Add a button or information who to contact to the public member page to request data deletion
- Anonymize old info that is marked as deleted
