Scene transition other than fadeIn / fadeOut broken ?

Dear all,
It seems flower and hanappe samples are misbehaving when scene transition other than fadeIn/Out is use (for instance SlideLeft).
Does the samples are broken or Flower/Hanappe libraries are not compatible with version 1.4p0 of Moai SDK ?
Versions :
Moai SDK 1.4p0
Hanappe 2.11 (master branch)

1.4p0 has a bug where you can't apply transform to MOAILayer.
The only way is to build latest version from moai-dev repo: https://github.com/moai/moai-dev
