IE Ignores X-UA-Compatible

I've noticed that 320andup places the meta tags after the stylesheets. If you open this up in IE, it gives you an HTML1115
message, which will basically mean that IE can roam free with its choice of compatibility settings.
This can be fixed by placing the X-UA-Compatible meta tag before the stylesheets.

Thanks. The X-UA-Compatible meta tag’s been removed in the (almost ready) version 3.
