Program interferes changing the language

The problem is that, when the program is running it interferes with changing the language by pressing ctrl + shift. If I press on both keys it will work only in 50% of cases. After I closed the program the problem is gone.

after reboot the 3rvx doesn't affect for ctrl+shift, seems like problem in OS
