Placing Load More Button

Hi,
I have been using your plugin on a WooCommerce product archive page and it has been brilliant. The shop page was just a single div in the main content with just the product listings and the load more button always stuck underneath.
However, I started doing a slight redesign last week and this requires a sidebar with filters and now that the page consists of more than one div with different heights, the load more button likes to stay underneath the sidebar.
There doesn't seem to be anything I can do with the CSS to push it back down below the products and get it to push further down the page when more products are loaded on click.
Is this a problem people have had before? Do you have any advice?
