Removed person in AD is still visible in autosuggest

When searching for Niklas Svensson in the masthead employee search, autosuggest lists him. But on click the user ends in an error message.

Niklas Svensson is currently not employed in City of Malmö.

Checked a dozen of the other 169 deactivate users we currently have, and no one is in the Elasticsearch index and in the search results. NIklas was queue for hard deletion 15/6 based on our current scheme. I forced a complete delete on his record, Will investigate further when our RWD release is done.

Fix deployed in test.

Checked samples for currently deactivated users and they do not show up in search, i.e., they are not in ElasticSearch anymore.
