[Get A Life] Investigate Enable Commentary label in New Game dialog.

Even though the mod doesn't have a custom NewGameDialog.res, a label #HL2_Enable_Commentary appears at the top left of the New Game dialog.
Coastline to Atmosphere doesn't have a custom NewGameDialog.res and this doesn't happen.
