CONTRIBUTING.md does not provide any information on what (if any) contributions are wanted for the documentation. Reviewing the guidelines for contributing to this repository is a pretty zen experience!

I'm not sure that deleting the empty file is actually a solution :P If people want to contribute, we should service that desire where it's reasonable.

We're not actually accepting contributions to this repo anymore because we moved the docs into the main repo back in August. I added a note to the README in a5524d2.
