Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.73 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I got it to boot into out of box but it freezes then
Anyone know how to help?

How did you do it? I can't even get past the logo.
It is VGA the windows starts in background, but you have it without graphical interface, CSM should work properly, I do research the same and so far made it starting without any logo and black screen but still can log in and hear sounds and can turn off system and pc with power button.
I have lost website where guys were talking about it and given procedures, but hard to say if disabling OEM VGA is the way.
