WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80370102

When attempting to run kali.exe I get the following error message:

WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0x80370102
Error: 0x80370102 The virtual machine could not be started because a required feature is not installed.

I have WSL installed and when I check Systeminfo it looks like Virtualization is enabled. Anything else I can do to get this to work?

I figured it out. Kali has to be installed in WSL not WSL2.
