Describe the bug
The documentation here, https://github.com/mangrovedao/mangrove-bots/blob/develop/packages/bot-updategas/README.md, mentions several configuration options (oracleURL, oracleURL_Key, oracleURL_subKey) that have been removed, and elides a parameter,network, which is required.
